We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction after purchase. All sales are final.

However, if the product you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will process a full refund or replacement after verification.

Damages and Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vastivio.com with clear photos and your order number.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Eligibility for Defect Claims

To be eligible for a refund due to a defective product:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Proof of damage (photos or video) must be provided

  • The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or selection by the customer

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Personal care products and customized items

  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable products

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. If approved, we will provide instructions for the replacement process.

Refund Processing (Defective Items Only)

If your refund is approved due to a defective or damaged product, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
